We enjoy taking some (not all) of our bunnies to shows, both local and the Netherland Dwarf Nationals and ARBA Convention. We also play old time rock and roll music for them to enjoy. We give the kits dewormer medicine and probiotics prior to 8 weeks old. We give most of the nursing moms Calf Manna. We also use Eden's Blue Gold as a supplement in their water. We feed our rabbits pellets and timothy hay. Between myself and our children, we handle our bunnies on a daily basis. We take each of our bunnies out regularly to play in their play pen for exercise. We have installed windows to make sure they get plenty of natural sun light. 50 degrees in the winter and cooled with "through the wall" fans in the summer. We strive to raise bunnies that are healthy, have friendly dispositions, have good mothering skills and meet the ARBA standards for the Netherland Dwarf breed. We primarily specialize in Oranges (and other Agouti colors such as cinnamon, lynx and fawn) and shaded varieties which included Siamese Sable, smoke pearl, Himalayan and squirrel (blue chinchilla). We exclusively raise Netherland Dwarf bunnies. We are members of the American Netherland Dwarf Rabbit Club (ANDRC), the American Rabbit Breeder's Association (ARBA) and the Indiana State Rabbit Breeder's Association. We are excited to we working under the mentorship of the File's from NC as we begin our tort project. We are thankful for the mentoring and guidance that we have received as my son has gotten started in showing Netherlands from Gary and Susan Smith and Bruce Ford. Our Netherland Dwarfs come from the champion lines of Cole Simons, Tamie and Allen File, and Tim Reese. At Peachy Buns' Rabbitry, we are focusing on the dilute colors. All our Holland Lops come from the champion lines of Smith's and Rachel’s Rabbitry. And we would not be where we are today without the solid advice and friendship that Blue Buns Rabbitry has given to us. They have been instrumental in providing us with a solid foundation of exceptional rabbits, and also with guidance and friendship as my son started showing Hollands. Our rabbitry was started with the help of Fisher Farm's Rabbitry in South Carolina and Lile's Lops in North Carolina. WE ARE A CLOSED RABBITRY AND DO NOT GIVE TOURS OR ALLOW PEOPLE TO COME "VISIT" THE BUNNIES. It's not uncommon to be met at the door by one of our fuzzy family members! Our rabbitry is family run and we treat our rabbits like family. They are each loved on, well cared for, and receive free time outside of their hutches daily. At our rabbitry we focus on the quality of life that our rabbits enjoy. Welcome to Peachy Buns' Rabbitry! We are so glad that you stopped by! We are a small rabbitry located in Kingston, GA, just north of Atlanta, GA, where we raise quality Holland Lops and Netherland Dwarfs.
